Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets according to planned objectives.
- Implement visual merchandising standards in line with company brand guidelines.
- Ensure proper stock rotation to maintain product freshness and quality.
- Maintain high levels of product availability and visibility in-store.
- Complete the iRED survey and comply with execution scorecard standards.
- Support customers with placing orders through the MyCCBA platform.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor merchandising displays and ensure compliance with set standards.
- Collaborate with Sales Team Members to share knowledge and improve performance.
- Receive guidance and feedback from the Sales Account Developer.
- Help out in other areas when your manager asks you to.
- Engage with consumers to understand buying behaviour and preferences.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%).
- Grade 12 with English and a second language (minimum 40%).
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Must be currently unemployed at the time of appointment.
- Must not be enrolled in any other learnership or full-time studies.
- This opportunity is only for candidates who have not completed this learnership before.
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
- No criminal record or adverse credit record.
- Must consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification.
- Applicants must be available to work six days each week.
- Valid Driver’s Licence is advantageous.
- A qualification in Sales and Marketing after Matric will be an added advantage.
